NEONCard / Field guide
Prepare your gift card before requesting an exchange
Preparation is about making your card's information consistent and understandable. A clear submission should identify the actual product, describe its condition honestly, and provide usable evidence. Gathering those details before opening NEONCard's exchange form reduces the chance of reaching the final step with missing information or discovering that you chose the wrong card entry.
Check authority, funding, and condition
The Terms of Service require authority to trade the asset and accurate information. Establish how you obtained the card and keep any purchase or delivery record you already have. If ownership is disputed or someone else has its code, resolve that concern before offering it for sale.
Check the balance using the issuer's official resources. Do not redeem the card into a store account just to see whether it works: redemption may change what you have available to trade. Keep the balance result and note when you checked it, especially if the card has previously been used.
Match the form's condition rules
NEONCard offers physical and e-gift formats plus Brand New and Partially Used condition choices. The form blocks partially used selections for Apple, Amazon, eBay, iTunes, Uber, Airbnb, and Instacart. A selectable condition is not a guarantee that the submission will pass review.
The published terms also describe unused, funded cards. If you are considering a previously used card and the wording leaves you uncertain, ask support before submitting. Do not select Brand New to work around a disabled option or describe a remaining balance as the original full value.
Gather a compact evidence packet
For a physical card, prepare readable pictures and retain any receipt. For an e-gift, locate the original delivery details rather than photographing an unrelated purchase confirmation. The form requires at least one uploaded file; physical Visa, Mastercard, and OneVanilla selections require at least two files for front and back.
Accepted upload types are JPG, PNG, GIF, and PDF, with a 10MB limit per file. Check the files on your device before attaching them. Keep different images under distinct filenames so your front and back views remain separate in the upload list.
- Match the evidence to the card you intend to submit.
- Remove unrelated private material from the image background.
- Keep redemption information readable in required evidence.
- Confirm your payout destination and contact email.
Stop if a detail does not match
Compare the issuer name, balance, condition, and region one final time. If the card is absent from the selector, below its displayed minimum, or has unclear restrictions, contact support rather than improvising a different entry. Preparation should clarify the trade, not hide a mismatch that still needs an answer.
