How to sell a gift card on NEONCard
Selling a gift card starts with identifying exactly what you have, not just choosing a familiar logo. NEONCard organizes the exchange into Select Card, Get Quote, and Upload & Submit. A quote is a calculation for the details you enter; completing the form sends a submission for review rather than proving that the card has already been accepted.
Identify the card before opening the form
Check the issuer, product name, available balance, physical or digital format, and any country restrictions printed on the card or included in its delivery email. Search the card selector and use the matching entry. Similar names can describe different products, so do not choose a substitute simply to obtain a quote.
The selector distinguishes Brand New from Partially Used and disables partially used cards for certain brands. Read the Terms of Service as well. If your card's condition does not clearly fit the form and terms, ask support before disclosing its redemption details.
- Confirm you own the card or have authority to trade it.
- Check the selected brand's displayed minimum.
- Keep the receipt or original delivery email available.
Get a quote and review the numbers
Enter the card value and select Get My Quote. The next step separates Gift Card Value, Exchange Rate, and You'll Receive. Compare all three instead of treating a brand tile's 'Up to' percentage as a promise. Correct an inaccurate value or wrong brand before proceeding.
Sign in when prompted to continue with the exchange and payout details. New-account signup asks for contact details and sends an email verification code. Use an inbox you can access because transaction communications also use your email.
Complete the evidence and payout fields
Choose the payout method, then provide the destination requested for that method. Bank Transfer uses account and routing numbers. The submission step also requires a gift card number, security code, account name, accepted terms, and completed uploads. Use the field labels rather than guessing which number belongs where.
At least one file is needed. Physical Visa, Mastercard, and OneVanilla selections need separate front and back files, with a minimum of two uploads. Review the filenames and correct upload errors before submitting.
Keep a record after submission
Wait for the submission confirmation before starting another trade. Open Transactions while signed in to inspect the recorded value, payout amount, status, and any explanation shown. Keep the transaction reference for questions to support. A submitted or processing trade is not the same as money received in your payout account.
