NEONCard / Field guide

Track an exchange after you submit your gift card

Once the exchange form confirms submission, the next task is following that particular trade, not creating another copy of it. NEONCard provides a signed-in Transactions page with recorded amounts and status information. Use it alongside your email and payout account to understand what has been recorded and what still needs clarification.

Locate the correct transaction

Sign in and open Transactions. Match the gift card name, submitted value, payout amount, and creation date to the trade you are checking. If you submitted similar cards, use the transaction reference rather than relying only on the brand. Keep that reference in a private note for future questions.

The page refreshes transaction information periodically while open. It can also show locally cached records when a request fails, so a visible row should not be treated as proof that a live update has just arrived. Refresh and ask support if the displayed information seems inconsistent.

Read statuses without assuming a guarantee

The interface recognizes Pending, Processing, Completed, and Rejected, and other status text may also appear. A new submission begins as pending. The service can move a pending submission into processing automatically, so that change alone is not evidence that the card has passed verification or that a payout has been sent.

Look for a status reason when one is displayed. A rejected or failed trade needs its own explanation rather than a guess based on a generic label. A completed label should be checked against your payout destination if your question is whether funds are actually visible there.

  • Record the status exactly as it appears.
  • Read any accompanying reason before contacting support.
  • Compare the displayed payout method with your chosen method.
  • Check your payout account separately for receipt of funds.

Use email as another source of context

The submission process and status updates have email-notification paths. Check the inbox associated with your trade and the spam folder if you expected a message. An absent email does not tell you whether the transaction succeeded or failed; delivery and the trade's recorded status are different things.

Keep useful messages with the transaction reference, but do not forward redemption codes or private payout details to strangers. If an email contradicts the page, describe both records to support instead of editing your own notes to make them agree.

Escalate with evidence, not duplicate submissions

If a record is missing, unchanged, or unclear, contact support with the account email, transaction reference, brand, submitted value, date, and exact question. Explain whether the issue is page visibility, a status reason, or payment receipt. Avoid resubmitting the same card as a troubleshooting step unless support has clarified what to do.
