NEONCard / Field guide
Understand a declined or unsuccessful submission
An exchange can stop before submission or receive an unsuccessful status afterward. These are different situations. A missing file or minimum-value error prevents you from completing the form, while a rejected or failed transaction is a recorded trade with a status that needs to be understood. Start with the actual message rather than assuming a universal reason.
First identify where the process stopped
If you never saw the submission confirmation, inspect the form's required fields and error messages. The form requires a card number, security code, account name, payout details, accepted terms, and completed uploads. Physical Visa, Mastercard, and OneVanilla selections need at least two files; other selections need at least one.
A quote error can also occur when the amount is invalid or below the applicable minimum. Uploads can fail because of file type, size, or processing problems. These messages do not establish that a reviewer rejected the card. Correct the stated problem before drawing conclusions about eligibility.
Use the transaction's own explanation
For an already-submitted trade, open Transactions and read the status reason if one is shown. The page recognizes Rejected, and failed status text can also appear. Do not assume both labels always describe the same cause or that every unsuccessful submission is a fraud finding.
If the reason is missing or too general to act on, ask support what specifically needs clarification. Give the reference and exact wording. This guide is a troubleshooting checklist, not a published list of all review criteria or a promise that correcting one detail will produce approval.
Compare your submitted information with the card
Check whether the selected product, format, condition, and entered value match the actual card. Recheck digits in the card fields and whether the uploaded views are readable and complete. If balance information has changed, record what changed rather than continuing to rely on an old screenshot.
Consider any unresolved currency, region, or condition question. Some brands block partially used cards, and the terms describe unused cards. A quote calculation does not resolve those restrictions. Ask about the specific mismatch without sending the card code into a public conversation.
- Preserve the original error or status reason.
- Check card details against your own source documents.
- Note missing or unreadable evidence honestly.
- List the correction you believe is needed.
Ask before repeating the same trade
Contact support to clarify the next step for the existing record. The customer interface does not offer a general submission-editing or guaranteed appeal outcome. Avoid duplicate submissions or changed condition claims as workarounds. If the issue concerns issuer activation or redemption, use the issuer's official support resources as appropriate, while keeping NEONCard informed about the trade in question.
