NEONCard / Field guide

Choose and check your gift card payout destination

Payout information tells NEONCard where you want the proceeds of a successfully processed trade directed. Selecting a method is only part of that task: the destination must also be accurate. The exchange form separates payout selection from card evidence, which gives you an opportunity to verify the recipient information before submitting sensitive card details.

Review the methods actually offered

The exchange interface lists cash payment methods and an e-gift card payout option. For e-gift payouts, choose a listed card brand other than Miscellaneous, choose USD, EUR, or GBP, and enter the delivery email. Listing a brand does not remove its issuer's country, redemption, or account restrictions.

Use a destination you recognize and can access. Check the relevant payment provider's own account restrictions and receiving instructions. If you are uncertain whether your destination is compatible, ask NEONCard support before submitting the trade rather than trying an unfamiliar method on the assumption that it will be faster.

Review an e-gift card payout before submitting

E-gift payouts deduct a 2.5% charge from the existing cash-equivalent quote. The remaining value must be at least $20 USD before currency conversion. For example, a $100 USD cash quote has a $2.50 charge, leaving $97.50 USD to convert into the selected card currency.

EUR and GBP quotes use the latest published daily reference rates from Frankfurter and the European Central Bank, not an intraday trading feed. The quote shows the source date, conversion rate, and final face value rounded to two decimal places. If rates are unavailable, request a quote later or choose USD; the platform does not substitute an assumed conversion rate.

E-gift quotes expire after 30 minutes. Changing the source card, payout brand, or currency requires a fresh quote. The admin team fulfills approved e-gift payouts manually to the delivery email; the quote and submission confirmation are not redemption codes. Check the brand's currency and regional restrictions before confirming.

Enter the identifier requested for the method

Digital payment fields are labeled with the identifiers used for the selected method, such as email, tag, phone number, or link. Read the current label and check the destination inside your payment account. Similar-looking usernames and old phone numbers can point to a different recipient.

Bank Transfer has separate account-number and routing-number fields. Use the details supplied by your bank for the intended account, not a card number or online-banking password. The final step also asks for an account name. Review each field independently so copying one value does not leave another inaccurate.

  • Confirm the recipient account is the one you intend.
  • Check every character in a tag or email address.
  • Verify bank details from your own bank's records.
  • Never substitute a login password for payout details.

Recheck saved payment information

The form can display saved payment methods and offers a Save this payment method for future use choice for new details. A saved destination is a convenience, not proof that it is still correct. Review its label before selecting it, especially if your account identifier has changed.

If the saved information is wrong or ambiguous, use correct details before submitting and ask support about an already-submitted mistake. Do not assume that selecting a different destination in a later exchange automatically changes a previous transaction.

Separate trade processing from receipt

The submission confirmation ties payout to successful card verification. Keep the recorded payout amount and method, follow the trade in Transactions, and check your receiving account separately. If payment is unclear, ask support about that transaction. Do not treat promotional timing text, a quote, or a processing label as a guaranteed arrival time.
